Terms and Conditions

Each applicant must be 18 years old or above

It is the responsibility of all participants to ensure they are fit and healthy enough to participate in the event, if you are in doubt about this please consult your doctor.

The required equipment as shown on the “Equipment List” must be carried by all participants.

For safety reasons participants must reach the checkpoints by the “Latest arrival time” or they will be retired from the event.

Also for safety reasons please do not deviate from the route.

Those wishing to retire from the event MUST inform a marshal.

Mountain Trail Challenge its members and agents cannot be held responsible if due to events beyond our control the event has to be cancelled.

Where as Mountain Trail Challenge has taken all reasonable efforts to ensure that the information supplied is accurate, we cannot be held responsible for errors and omissions

No fires are to be lit.

Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.

All fees paid are non returnable.

Where as Mountain Trail Challenge have taken all reasonable efforts to ensure the safety of participants, the mountain environment is by nature dangerous, therefore participants are responsible for their own safety and enter the Mountain Trail Challenge at their own risk!

Once the event is fully subscribed, notice will be given on the website and any application forms received will be returned to the Sender.
