Each applicant must be 18 years
old or above.
All Participants must report to
the Start / Finish reception on STARTING / FINISHING
OR RETIRING early from the event!
This is a critical safety check;
if this is not done the Mountain Rescue could be
falsely called out!
It is the responsibility of all
participants to ensure they are fit and healthy
enough to participate in the event,
if you are in doubt about
this please consult your doctor.
The compulsory equipment as shown
on the "Kit List" must be carried by all
participants
Marshalls may advise participant
to change route or retire from the event, please
follow the Marshalls advice!
For safety reasons
participants must reach the
checkpoints by the "Latest arrival time".
Also for safety
reasons please do not deviate from the route.
Those retiring from the event must
inform a marshal and must also report to the
Start / Finish reception!
Mountain-Trail-Challenge
its members and agents cannot be held responsible if
due to events beyond our control the event has to be
cancelled.
Mountain-Trail-Challenge
has taken all reasonable efforts to ensure that the
information supplied is accurate;
however we cannot be held
responsible for errors and omissions.
Please abide by the Country Code
-No fires are to be lit - Dogs must be kept on a
lead at all times.
All fees paid are non returnable.
For safety reasons places are not
transferable.
Where as
Mountain-Trail-Challenge have taken all
reasonable efforts to ensure the safety of
participants;
the mountain environment is by
nature dangerous, therefore participants are
responsible for their own safety and enter the
Mountain Trail Challenge
at their own risk!
Vehicles are
also parked at own risk! Mountain-Trail-Challenge
its members and agents will accept no liability for
death, injury, loss of equipment
or damage to vehicles etc
however caused.
Once the event is fully
subscribed, notice will be given on the website and
any application forms received will be returned to
the sender.
We reserve the right to change and
update our terms and conditions at any time without
